Nevada York Rite Annual Grand Session 2025                  

Sir Knight Michael Fuhlendorf, Grand Commander Knight Templar of Nevada, Most Illustrious Companion Kevin P. McCans, Grand Master of the Grand Council Cryptic Masons of Nevada and Most Excellent Companion, Stephen V. Robison, Jr. Grand High Priest, of the Grand Chapter Royal Arch Masons of Nevada, invite you to attend the 2025 Grand Sessions on June 8, 9, & 10, 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Grand Sessions will be held at The Orleans for three days of fun, food, and fellowship, and yes, a little business to be taken care of as well.

On Sunday, June 8, 2025, the Sessions will get underway with our Memorial Service at 5:30 p. m. and then the Grand Banquet, no host cocktails at 6:00 p.m.  Dinner of Chicken Marsala or Char Broiled New Year Steak will be served at 7:00 p. m.   At the Grand Banquet we will informally welcome our special guests to our Grand Sessions, present some awards and have a few words of welcome.

On Monday, June 9, 2025, at 7:00 a.m., we will be forming the Past Commanders Association of Nevada and conferring the Order of Reception.  After the Orders of Reception, we hold a business meeting to discuss the bylaws and elect the officers for the Association.

Monday, June 9, 2025, we begin at 9:00 a.m. with Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Nevada to conduct business, elect, and install officers.  A Gator Bar Buffet lunch will be served after the installation of officers.

The Grand Chapter of York Rite Masons of Nevada will convene their business meeting, election, and installation starting at 1:30 p.m.  The evening will feature a Fellowship Dinner of Braised Short Ribs or Grilled Salmon in support of the Knights Templar Eye Foundation.  No host cocktails at 6:00 p.m. dinner at 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday, June 10, 2025, the Grand Council of Cryptic Mason of Nevada will convene for business, election, and Installation at 8:30 a. m.  The Grand Sessions will conclude at Noon as everyone prepares to depart.  

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

The Orleans is the hotel for the 2025 Grand Sessions located at 4500 W. Tropicana Avenue in Las Vegas.

Hotel reservations must be made directly with The Orleans by calling their toll-free number (800) 675-3267 and identifying themselves as members of a group with Reservation ID. YRKF25P. You must use this Reservation ID, to receive the special rate, or use the hotel website at www.OrleansCasino.com/Group.  Room rates are $95.00 for Deluxe King Non-smoking and $105.00 Deluxe QNS Non-smoking - Friday and Saturday, June 6 & 7, 2025. $42.00 for Deluxe King Non-smoking and $52.00 Deluxe QNS Non-smoking - Sunday, June 8 through Tuesday June 11, 2025, plus resort fee.  Everyone is required to provide a credit card and one night’s room and a tax deposit. 

Room Block Cut Off Date is Friday, May 9, 2025 at 5:00 P.M.  Rooms after that date and time will be subject to availability and charged at the prevailing rate.

All functions of the Grand York Rite Sessions will be in the hotel convention center.

Order of Reception for the Past Commanders Association

The cost for the degree is $40.00, check and cash and is open to any present or past Commander.  Registration forms for the order will be available at the registration desk. Please indicate on the bottom of the registration form if you intend to take this order.

BANQUET AND FELLOWSHIP DINNER:

The Banquet on Sunday evening will begin with no host social hour immediately after the Memorial Service with dinner served at 7:00 p.m.  The attire for the Banquet is either Templar Class A’s, Chapter Red, or Council Purple.

The Fellowship Dinner on Monday night is a benefit for the Knights Templar Eye Foundation with the no host social hour from 6 to 7 p. m. and dinner served at 7:00 p. m.  Please support this charity event as Grand Commandery is the host body for this year’s Grand Sessions.  Attire is casual and comfortable!

ONE PRICE POLICY:

Being a small jurisdiction, we can only offer complimentary Banquet tickets to our visiting dignitaries. 

Therefore, we are implementing a one price policy for this year’s Grand Sessions.  General Grands, or their personal credentialed representative, and wives; Southwest Department Representatives and their wives; Grand Presiding officers only and their wives, no personal representatives; will each be charged $165.00 which includes: Registration, the Banquet on Sunday, Lunch on Monday, and the Fellowship Dinner on Monday night.  All others will pay $260.00 which includes Registration, Banquet on Sunday, Lunch on Monday, and the Fellowship dinner. 

REGISTRATION:

Please print the attached Registration Form and fill it out carefully.  Please print all information requested and a check for payment in full must accompany your registration, NO EXCEPTIONS.  

Registration deadline, June 2, 2025.  Reservation’s post marked after the deadline date will not be accepted!  We must confirm meal counts with the hotel on that date.  No meals can be ordered after the cutoff date, NO EXCEPTIONS.  So please make your reservations early!  All registrations with payment in full must be mailed to:

Registration in the Convention Center will open at Noon on Sunday, June 8 and remain open until 5:00 p. m.  Registration will open on Monday morning at 7:00 a.m. and remain open until 1:00 p.m.
